Fitness for cancer patients and survivors
IT IS SO HARD......
...to think about exercise when you are sick and the fatigue is so bad you can barely put one foot ahead of the other.
And yet, when cancer patients participate in a regular exercise program fatigue can be lessened, mood improves, even "Chemo brain" can be managed better.
At Squat the World Fitness, we offer a variety of programs designed to suit the needs of cancer patients and survivors. Our aim is to help restore mobility and strength, to provide a supportive and sympathetic environment, to help survivors learn to trust their bodies again and most of all, to have fun!
Come as you are, feel like yourself!
